Our galaxy moon lamp is 3D printed with the moon's surface worked right into the shell, so the texture shows through when it glows. Choose from six sizes, then decide whether you want a rechargeable moon you can carry from room to room or one that stays plugged in over USB.
Why you'll love it
- Real lunar texture. The 3D printed sphere carries the moon's surface detail, and it looks its best in a dim room with the light shining through.
- 16 colors from the remote. Flip between colors from across the room, whether you want a soft glow for reading or something bolder for a party.
- Six sizes. The 8 cm moon (about 3 inches) fits a crowded nightstand, while the 20 cm size (about 8 inches) holds its own on a bookcase or entry table.
- Rechargeable or plug-in. The rechargeable version charges over USB and then goes cordless. The plug-in version simply runs from USB power.
- An easy gift. Moon lamps suit almost anyone, from a kid who asks a hundred questions about the sky to a grandparent who likes a little light in the hallway.
Where it shines
Set it on a nightstand as a moon night light, give a small one a spot on a nursery shelf, or put a larger size on a desk or bookcase where the whole room can see it. It also suits dorm rooms, reading corners and a quiet date night in.

Questions & answers
Questions & answers
Which size should I choose?
The 8 and 10 cm moons fit a nightstand, desk or shelf without taking over. The 12 and 15 cm sizes read clearly from across a bedroom, and the 18 and 20 cm lamps work as a centerpiece on a dresser, bookcase or entry table.
What's the difference between the rechargeable and plug-in versions?
The rechargeable version has a built-in battery you top up over USB, so you can unplug it and set it anywhere. The plug-in version runs while it's connected to USB power. Both have the same 16 colors and remote.
Is it a good night light for a child's room?
Plenty of families use a moon lamp that way. Put it where little hands can't knock it off a shelf, keep the USB cable tidy, and store the remote where a toddler can't open the battery cover.
